Terms of service
By placing an order for a gift, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.
1. Ordering
In order to place an order for a gift, you will need to provide the following information:
a) The recipient's name.
b) The shipping address, if applicable.
c) The message to be included with the gift, if applicable.
d) Any customisation details, such as specific text or image preferences.
e) Upon receiving this information, we will create a digital artwork of the gift and send it to you for approval.
f) Once the digital artwork has been approved, we will proceed with the production of the gift.
2. Payment
Full payment for gifts is necessary at the time of placing the order, we currently support the following payment forms:

The order will be dispatched using the shipping method you select during checkout. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. We endeavor to ship your order within 5-7 business days following order confirmation.
The order will be shipped to the address you have provided. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery, the package will be left at their doorstep, and photographic evidence of the delivery will be provided.

We will provide a refund or exchange for your personalised item only in the event of an error made from our end. No return or refund will be entertained for errors in the personalised item on the buyer's end; replacements are only offered for defective or damaged items.

For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
